Pricing: Every model or style is available in a variety of leather colors and grades. The grade of leather will affect the pricing. The prices shown on our website reflect the base leather/grade 1 or starting leather price range.  Prices subject to change without notice. LeatherShoppes will not be held responsible for incorrect pricing.

To start an order:

LeatherShoppes offers tremendous savings on your investment in high-quality leather furniture. At the time of order placement, we require a minimum of 50% deposit, with the remaining balance due just prior to shipment from the manufacturer. If a credit card is used for the initial deposit, we will request that you send a cashiers check, ACH, or Zelle for the balance due unless other arrangements are made at the time of ordering. Orders cannot be released with the shipper until the balance is paid in full.

In Stock & Quick Ship Orders

These items are usually available just as shown or are limited to 1-2 color ways as shown on the website product pages. These items are not available to customize usually and ship quickly. Payment for these items are required at time of order placement and need to be paid in full before shipping.

The order will be confirmed by email and when it ships the delivery service will provide you of scheduling and dates/times for an appointment. The delivery service will not just show up at your residence without and confirming appointment by you.

White glove gold deliveries are insured from the manufacturer to your home and until placed in your room of choice. Shipping/routing and delivery times can take 14-60 days depending on the zip code and area of the country.

All of the brands we sell come with a manufacturer warranty. There is an extended warranty available for an additional charge before delivery that is comprehensive to cover accidents and other issues.

Our Guarantee:

At LeatherShoppes, we want each customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. All companies represented by LeatherShoppes Inc. offer a warranty against manufacturers defects. We are authorized dealers for any brand we sell. Warranty issues are usually serviced in the home. Please inquire for specific details about manufacturer warranties or read these details on product pages under the warranty tabs. We warrant that all merchandise will be delivered in a condition which meets standards set by our manufacturers. While we carefully advise you of the manufacturer's reputation, quality, and design, actual choice and selection is the customer's responsibility. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly exchange or refund your purchase, less freight costs both ways, and a restocking fee before 7 days. LeatherShoppes will not be responsible for any expedited transportation fees or time frames. However, dissatisfaction must be noted on the bill of lading at the time of delivery. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Leather use and care:

Accidents that cause damage like ink or scratching are not covered under the manufacturer warranty. Hair oil, body oils, hair gels, body lotions, and some medications can have a chemical reaction to leather that can cause staining, fading, discolorations, and color changes, these are not covered under any manufacturers warranty. You can purchase an extended warranty that will cover some of those mentioned above.

Payment:

At LeatherShoppes we offer you the absolute best price available on quality leather furniture. To place an order, we require only half down on special orders. For your convenience we accept these forms of payment. Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Financing through Synchrony on approved credit. We also take Zelle or Venmo. ACH is available usually at a slight discount.

Cancellations:

Most all furniture we carry is hand crafted at time order is placed. Cancellations cannot be accepted after the first 48 hours, as we are not allowed to cancel from the manufacturer. If an item is damaged or has a major defect, we will at our sole discretion provide a replacement, refund, or in home repair assistance at no additional cost to you. Delivery/shipping charges are deductible from refund if applicable with any "Free Delivery offer as this is based on you keeping the furniture. Any refunds will be fulfilled within 14 days after receipt of goods at our receiving warehouse and when fully inspected. Non damaged items have a 30-day limit after receipt of goods to return, after this time frame, no returns will be accepted. Any order left in the warehouse, not delivered or picked up after 30 days of ready date is subject to forfeiture of deposit, and we have the right to liquidate the merchandise. Taxes:

LeatherShoppes is not responsible for collecting or submitting sales or use taxes for any state other than great state of Texas. Each state manages and dictates their own policies and requirements. Texas residents add the applicable sales tax.

Delivery:

LeatherShoppes uses some of the finest white glove delivery services to deliver our furniture. While we do our best to estimate when the completed furniture will be delivered, we cannot be held responsible for delays in production or delivery.

The delivery companies strive to deliver your furniture in perfect condition and within a reasonable time frame. Delivery services sometimes run 7 days per week, with some before and after-hour deliveries. Although the delivery companies will work within the tight schedules of our customers, please try to be as flexible and available as possible to accept your delivery.

Furniture delivery can have logistical challenges and there are many things that can cause delays in the freight industry. Traffic backups or accidents, equipment breakdown, and unloading delays at scheduled stops will all cause delays in delivery and cannot be predicted. Neither LeatherShoppes nor the delivery services we use can be held responsible for delays which are out of our control. Delivery surcharges may apply to remote areas and some zip codes.

Delivery Fit

Prior to ordering , it is best to make sure the item you choose can and will fit into your home. LeatherShoppes cannot be responsible for measuring doorways or determining if items will fit into a customer's home, or any room within the customer's home. It is the responsibility of the customer, to determine if the items will fit into the home by a comfortable margin.

We have dimensions on the site to help with sizing. If unsure, you may speak with a customer service rep for advice. If the room delivery area consists of narrow halls, doorways, elevators, or stairwells etc. LeatherShoppes.com/Leather Shoppes Inc. will not be responsible for any damages that could result in attempting placement. Be sure that these items you order can fit through those areas for delivery personnel.

If the delivery service advises damage may occur with placement in a requested area by the customer, you might be required to sign a damage waiver or if you choose not to, we will leave the furniture in the closest adjoining room. We do not accept returns on any order due to" Delivery Fit". Any item that we cannot comforatable delivery to a given area due to fit we will leave in the closest room. If the items are refused, and returned with the delivery company, extra charges will apply and forfeiture of the deposit.

Delivery Access

All rooms and hallways must be clear from objects that could obstruct our delivery staff. They cannot be held responsible for damage caused by items left blocking the delivery path. Insurance covers all orders from us to you, but all items ordered must be deliverable. If we get to your location and restrictions prohibit us from completing your delivery, we will leave your order in a garage or any covered area for your convenience.

If for any reason the customer cancels or refuses to accept scheduled delivery after their delivery has been confirmed or scheduled with any of our delivery services, the customer will be responsible for the re-delivery charges. LeatherShoppes will not be held responsible for these charges.

Defects and Damages

In all handcrafted furniture, there will be some variances and irregular areas, and these must be tolerated. With top grain and full grain leather, there will always be shading and other color variations. Also present are healed scars, barbwire nicks, urine burns, fat folds, neck wrinkles, and other of nature's hallmarks. These in no way can be considered a defect. Keep in mind all our furniture is made by hand and no two pieces will be alike. If furniture you receive at time of delivery is damaged like rubs, torn areas of upholstery, or recliners do not operate because of damage it is best to refuse the delivery and make note on the bill of lading. Keep in mind these damages must be notated with the delivery company at time of delivery. If this is not done the carrier will not be responsible for any restoration. We will at our option, replace the affected area, in the case of leather, re-dye the finish to cover scratches professionally, or replace the item if we and or the manufacturer deem necessary, but solely at our discretion. Cambric/Dust covers under furniture serve no real purpose and will not be replaced if torn or ripped. LeatherShoppes.com will not issue credits or replacement for damages not notated at time of delivery. If an item is returned with the delivery service and nothing is damaged by the carrier, the order will be subject to re-delivery fees.
