SERVICE REQUESTS ARE ONLY FOR FURNITURE YOU PURCHASED FROM LEATHERSHOPPES.COM

What to expect. Once our service department receives the  form detailing the information needed, it will be assigned to our service dept. at which time they will contact you by email within a 24-48 business hour period. Most of our manufacturer companies warrant certain parts/labor on your furniture for a limited period of time. Note: LeatherShoppes.com does not provide for inspection fees /transportation fees or travel time charges from a certified repair shop/technician or compensation of any kind, for any costs incurred by the consumer due to malfunction of any part(s) for any furniture sold on our site . Items sold "As Is" or "Clearance" from our site generally do not have a warranty . Under some manufacturer warranties, labor fees to repair a defective item might be covered under the first year if deemed defective. Under no circumstances will LeatherShoppes replace an entire piece of furniture unless deemed by the manufacturer to be un-salvageable and requested by said manufacturer.
