Where are you located?

We are based in Texas since 1988,  with sales and service to all 50 states.

How long have you been in business?

Leather Shoppes Inc opened it first leather furniture showroom in August 1988. We are family owned to this day.

Are you a member of the Better Business Bureau?

Yes, we have been a long standing accredited member since 1990 with an A+ rating.

Do you have a showroom open to the public?  No,we are only open to the trade with a private showroom . Our website offers most all our furniture and our leather specialists are skilled in finding and recommending just the right item for your needs. So let us direct you in your selection.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver nationwide to the home or office for free. Alaska and Hawaii are an additional charge, ask a customer service representative for a quote. We can ship to some parts of Canada, inquire within.

Do you ship internationally?

We only ship in the USA and now some parts of Canada. We can ship to a cross dock or freight forwarder for you, if taking items overseas. Contact Customer service for details.

What payment methods are offered?

All major credit cards, including Amex, Visa, M.C. and Discover. We also take  Amazon Pay, Cashiers Check or Bank wire/ACH. No Interest financing through Synchrony is available for those who qualify with approved credit.

Do you offer any financing?...........Yes, through Synchrony Financing

How much a deposit is required to start an order?

We require 50% down to start any order. If the order amount is approximately $2500 or less, we collect in full at time of processing. Any item or items in stock ,including clearance, will be collected in full at time of order processing.

How long does it take to receive my furniture?

Special orders require the furniture to be manufactured to your specifications and this can take 60-120 days. Shipping and delivery can be anywhere from 14-60 days depending on time of year and zip code.

Do you charge Sales tax?

We are required by law to collect sales tax for any order shipped into the Great State of Texas. Orders delivered outside this area are not subject to sales tax by us.

How do I track by shipment?

We will email you tracking information when the furniture starts the routing process and our dedicated delivery teams will contact you for a delivery appointment a week a head of time............Policy/Terms

What can damage my leather furniture from use?

Body oils, Hair oil, hair gels, body lotions, and some medications can have an adverse chemical reaction to leather that can cause staining, fading, discolorations, and color changes, which are not covered under any manufacturer warranty.
